Registration for the Open Science Festival 2025 is closed.

Festival fee

There are two rates:

  • regular 170 EUR
  • students (BA, MA, PhD, diploma, certificate course "Data Steward"), pupils/school students 50 EUR

This fee includes the participation on all lectures, workshops and other sessions, coffee breaks, and lunch. It does not include the festival dinner on Monday evening:

  • Festival dinner regular and students: 60 EUR

Payment options

  • Payment via credit card (American Express, Mastercard, Visa with 3D Secure) - preferred
  • Payment via invoice - if required by your employer. Please make sure your invoice is paid in due time before the festival
